Building Health, Dignity, and Resilience
Comprehensive health programs for tribal and rural communities
At Dreamz, health is not treated as a standalone service—it is the foundation for dignity, productivity, and long-term community transformation. Our health interventions address access, awareness, nutrition, skills, and livelihood, ensuring that families are not only treated but empowered to sustain their own well-being.
Working across tribal and rural villages of Anaikatty, our integrated health programs combine medical support, community education, women-led enterprises, and preventive care, creating lasting impact at the grassroots.
Creating Skilled, Compassionate Healthcare Professionals
Dreamz runs a one-year Healthcare Assistant Training Programme in partnership with Bethany Medical Centre, Anaikatty. The programme equips tribal youth—especially women—with professional healthcare skills.
War Against Anemia & Malnutrition
Project THRIVE addresses one of the most pressing challenges in tribal communities—anemia and malnutrition, particularly among women and children.
Prevention Through Knowledge
Dreamz conducts continuous health, hygiene, and disease-prevention awareness programmes across villages, reaching women, adolescents, and families.
Iron-rich diets
Emergency first aid
Handwashing practices
For girls & women
Community-based methods such as street plays, demonstrations, and interactive sessions ensure messages are understood, remembered, and practiced.
Innovating Women-Centric, Eco-Friendly Solutions
Dreamz is pioneering a Herbal Sanitary Napkin Research Project, integrating traditional herbal knowledge with scientific validation to improve menstrual hygiene and support women with PCOD symptoms.
Ensuring Menstrual Dignity for All
With CSR support, Dreamz operates an Affordable Sanitary Napkins Production Unit, producing low-cost napkins for rural and tribal women.
First Responders in Villages - Community-Owned Health Support Systems
Dreamz has trained Health Care Volunteers (HCVs) across multiple villages who act as the first point of contact for health needs. Their homes function as informal health sub-centres.
Mobilizing communities for health programmes and awareness
Following up with anemic patients and chronic conditions
Providing basic first aid and counselling

Monitoring kitchen gardens and nutrition

Nutrition at the Household Level
To improve dietary diversity and food security, Dreamz supports families in establishing kitchen gardens, enabling them to grow nutrient-rich vegetables at home.
