All the ARCC staff gathered to create a shared vision for the organisation on 16 Dec 2019 and it was indeed a very useful and interesting session as we progressed towards becoming a learning organisation.
There was a session in the morning on basic communication by corporate trainer Ms.Caroline with some activities.Then later on a session on creating Sustainable Work Groups to create work and income opportunities as a student teacher team along with alumini and industry experts who profusely enjoyed participating in the future of ARCC.
